Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made or personalized items (such as cake toppers or other customized crafts) are non-refundable and non-returnable, as these are made specifically for you.

Errors or Defects

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or faulty due to an error on our part:

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
• Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Custom Items

For non-personalized products (like workshop materials or ready-made crafts), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
